About Sara 

Hi Everyone!

My name is Sara and I’ve been a Registered Dietitian for over 10 years. I’ve worked in many different nutrition settings including hospital inpatient and outpatient, where I’ve worked with a variety of patients with multiple conditions including heart disease, diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease, polycystic ovary syndrome, cancer, and bariatric surgery.

Prior to joining Upbeet Nutrition, I served as a United States Navy Dietitian for 7 years where I participated in two humanitarian assistance deployments. I love helping others make positive life changes through nutrition.

I’m originally from Maine, however currently live in Florida. I did my undergraduate degree at the University of Maine and my Master’s degree at Northeastern University.
